26 miles on a flat, paved trail. For advanced beginners and above. Suitable for any type of bicycle.

The Indian Head Rail Trail offers a unique natural outdoor experience. The paved trail traverses across Charles County through woods, wetlands and fields.  Along the trail, there are interpretive signs that highlight various natural habitat areas and wildlife species. We’re likely to see bald eagles, deer, and herons. We will ride at a leisurely pace as we enjoy the scenic winter views.

This is a no- drop ride, with a leader and a sweep and no one will be left behind.
