Join us for our 1st campout of the season at Sky Meadows State Park, VA!  Sky Meadows is only an hour from the DC area, and offers many primitive camping amenities that other campsites do not offer. It is a short one mile to our base group campsite, and then we will day-hike the pastures and woodlands of the Park that are so picturesque.  After hiking, we will enjoy a campfire and campsite cooking.  On Sunday, we will break camp and hike back to our cars.  WWO has a limited amount of backpacking equipment to lend as a member benefit.

All trip details will be worked out by email the week before the trip.

This trip is Friday afternoon to Sunday morning, but there is an option to join on Saturday.

Space is limited, and there are limited spots for furry friends also!  Please register early.
