17 miles – mostly flat and on bike trails with two hills. Suitable for beginners and advanced beginners.
Join us for a great ride in Virginia, near Lorton. This ride visits Gunston Hall and Pohick Bay Regional Park and Mason Neck Park with views of the Potomac River and Belmont Bay. Mason Neck Park is a major refuge for bald eagles, osprey and other birds that migrate through the area. This is also the site of historic native American settlements and early European settlers.
The ride is mostly flat with two hills and, as we say at WWO — “I’ve never met a hill I couldn’t ride or walk up.”
